Production Notes

Episodes in 2008 will be featuring an interesting list of delicious ingredients from local farms around Connecticut and from Putnam and Westchester Counties in New York: Brookside Farm II in Litchfield, Topmost Herb Farm in Coventry, Sport Hill Farm in Easton, Old Solar Farm in Oxford, Stone's Throw Farm in Bethel, Marble Valley Farm in Kent, Urban Oaks Farm in New Britain; and just over the New York border, Ryder Farm in Brewster and Amawalk Farm in Katonah. It's going to be a busy and exciting season.
